Kale Chips in 5 minutes! Gluten free, vegan snack

 

One day while shopping at the supermarket, I thought to myself, “we haven’t had fresh kale chips in a while!” It prompted me to buy some fresh kale and my husband was presently surprised. He said,

“Honey, this time these are really good!” So I had to write down the recipe and share it with you all.

 

 

Kale can easily be mistaken as that healthy, I should eat more of it food, but I really don’t want to. With this recipe, you will want to eat kale daily. Yes, its that delicious.

Recipe:

Makes approximately 4 servings


1 bunch fresh kale, washed, stemmed, and ripped into various sizes

Approximately 2 Tablespoons olive oil 
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preheat oven on broil HI

Sprinkle olive oil on baking pan. Place kale pieces on oil. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lastly sprinkle the remaining oil on top of kale pieces.  Broil for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.

Enjoy as a side dish or a la carte.


Too simple not to make! No excuses.
